Exchange Policy

At Sports Nation, we value your trust and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Please read our Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Eligibility

  1. Customers must raise an exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

  2. An exchange can be requested in the following situations:

    • The product delivered is damaged due to a manufacturing defect.

    • Sports Nation has delivered the wrong size compared to the size ordered.

    • The customer has received the wrong product.

If Sports Nation Is at Fault

If the product received has a manufacturing defect, is damaged, or the wrong size/product was sent by Sports Nation:

  • Sports Nation will handle the return shipping cost.

  • The product will be collected from the customer.

  • After verification, Sports Nation will ship the replacement product at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

  • The replacement will be processed only after the returned product is received and passes our quality check.

Size Exchange When the Correct Product Was Delivered

If the customer has received exactly the product and size that was ordered, but wants to exchange it for a different size:

  • Size exchange may be requested within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The customer must first return the originally delivered product to Sports Nation.

  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, as Sports Nation delivered the correct product as ordered.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all original tags, packaging, boxes, and bags intact.

  • The replacement size will be shipped after the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality check.

  • Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

A complete unboxing video is mandatory for every exchange request, regardless of the reason for exchange.

The video should clearly show:

  • The package before opening.

  • The shipping label.

  • The complete opening of the package.

  • The product received and its condition.

  • The size, product, and any visible damage or defect.

Without a valid unboxing video, Sports Nation may not be able to process the exchange request.

Product Conditions

The product must be:

  • Unused and unworn.

  • In its original condition.

  • Returned with all original tags attached.

  • Returned with the original packaging, box, and bags.

  • Free from any damage, stains, alterations, or signs of use.

Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for exchange.

Important Note

All exchange requests are subject to verification and quality inspection by Sports Nation. The exchange will only be processed once the returned product is received and confirmed to meet the requirements of this policy.
