2. Conditions for Exchange
- The customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. (Set this timeframe according to your actual policy.)
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with original tags, packaging and accessories where applicable.
- Customers must provide the order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs or videos as evidence.
- All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.
- Products showing signs of use, customer-caused damage, alteration or misuse may not qualify for exchange.
3. Reasons Not Eligible for Exchange
Exchange requests may be declined for reasons including:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect size selection by the customer.
- Personal preference regarding colour, style or appearance.
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper use or handling.
- Requests submitted after the applicable reporting period.
- Products that do not meet the exchange conditions stated above.
4. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, contact our customer support team with your order number, the reason for the request and supporting photographs or videos. Our team will review the request and communicate the next steps if the exchange is approved.
Please do not ship any product back before receiving instructions from our team.
5. Shipping Charges
Where an exchange is approved due to a verified damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied product, Sports Nation will communicate the applicable return-shipping arrangements to the customer. For other approved cases, any applicable shipping charges will be communicated before the exchange is processed.
